Book Launch
Well it’s actually here! Today’s the day my book is finally launched. Not sure that I feel brave enough to visit any bookshops to see if it’s out there, what happens if no one is stocking it? Is it OK to cry in Waterstones if it’s not on the shelves? I guess not, maybe I’d be better to get used to the idea that I’m a published author before I risk rejection.
Don’t get me wrong, all the good wishes on twitter and Facebook have been lovely, a great boost for my ego. But they are mostly from my friends, or at least people that I know. I know the real test is will anyone buy it, and if they do will they like it.
And to think I believed that writing the book was the difficult part …….
